We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Consultant to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a Marketing Consultant for Germany, you will be working in a multicultural, highly skilled team, where you can experience a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German language
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in advertising, PPC Campaigns
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
