The IT and Data Performance and Governance Manager will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of our IT and data operations. This includes developing and implementing performance management frameworks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring and reporting on IT performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management, financial management, and IT operations. They will also have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks for assessing the effectiveness of IT initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with governance standards.
- Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, including operational expenses and capital expenditures.
- Conduct regular reviews of IT policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and adhered to.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Director and other stakeholders to identify areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead efforts to standardize processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the IT and Data team.
- Manage the budgeting process for operational expenses and capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
About You:
- A Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance management, financial management, and IT operations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, financial information, and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Knowledge of IT standards, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience with data analysis tools, performance management software, financial management systems, and organizational mapping tools.
