Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making purchases.
- Promote and sell Hibbett products, including merchandise and services.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist with daily store operations, including receiving shipments, processing returns, and maintaining store appearance.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- 0-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and adaptability.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
