About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Global Alumni. As a key member of our marketing and sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate revenue projections.
  • Provide revenue forecasts and insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor actual revenue performance against forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop revenue strategies to maximize profitability and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze pricing structures, discounting practices, and revenue streams to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue growth strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve revenue growth strategies.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on revenue growth and strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced English language skills.
