Job Title: Respiratory Nurse Specialist for Balearic Islands ICU

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Nurse Specialist to join our client's team in the Balearic Islands, Spain. As a key member of the ICU team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our client's respiratory care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert respiratory care to patients in the ICU setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with respiratory conditions
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct tracheostomy care and ventilation procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with NMBI
  • Minimum 5 years of full-time post-registration clinical experience, with at least 3 years in critical care or respiratory care
  • Recognized post-registration qualification in respiratory care nursing or critical care nursing
  • Excellent patient care skills, with a caring and approachable nature
  • Computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills
