About the Role

AbleCloset is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, developing, and deploying new and existing technology to assist in technical project work and collaborate with other Technology Services functions to deploy new infrastructure tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve technical issues and maintain a high level of system availability.
  2. Infrastructure Development: Develop and implement new infrastructure solutions to support business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy new infrastructure tools and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  4. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, and develop creative solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
  6. Project Management: Lead and participate in projects to deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
  7. Change Management: Ensure that changes to infrastructure are properly planned, executed, and documented to minimize disruption to business operations.
  8. Compliance: Ensure that infrastructure meets all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  1. Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of AD, Azure, AAD, Intune, SCCM, and WSUS, as well as experience with Azure VPNs, Data Centre Routing and Switching, Network Segmentation, and Wireless Controllers.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and technical operations.
  3. Education: Technical education related to IT infrastructures.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage a technical workload and work with cross-functional teams.
  5. Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory to communicate with global stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
  1. SAP Infrastructure Support: Knowledge of SAP infrastructure support.
  2. CCNA: CCNA certification.
  3. Azure Fundamentals: Azure fundamentals knowledge.
  4. Powershell: Powershell scripting skills.
