About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Excellence Partner to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our Finance Excellence team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Billing to Cash process for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the billing and collection process for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and issues, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Account Receivables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance, customer service, or a related field, with a strong understanding of billing and collection processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in SAP, EDI, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
