About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Process Excellence Specialist to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our Finance Excellence team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Billing to Cash process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the billing and collection process for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and issues, implementing process improvements to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Account Receivables.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to simplify processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a global vision of the Invoice-to-Cash process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, EDI, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, with a high level of proficiency.
