About the Role

Your mission is to drive the creation of innovative Casino/Slot game concepts and themes, collaborating with a talented team of game designers and mathematicians. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Casino/Slot games to the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ideate Casino game concepts that align with our product strategy and vision.
  • Pitch new insights and ideas to the team, facilitating brainstorming sessions and collaboration.
  • Work closely with other Game Designers to maintain a competitive games portfolio.
  • Accountable for the products you create, participating in the creation and review of original math models, new game themes, and concepts for Casino games.
  • Engage with the commercial team to understand market conditions and requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Slot Game Designer or similar role in the Casino Gaming industry.
  • Narrative skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Understanding of systems, mechanics, and feature design.
  • Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets and a proactive self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams & stakeholders.
