Job Summary

The Workshop is seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Designer to join our team and lead the development of innovative Casino/Slot game concepts and themes. As a key member of our game design team, you will be responsible for ideating and pitching new game ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality games to the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate and pitch new Casino game concepts, always keeping in mind the wider product strategy.
  • Hold the vision for the product from inception to release, collaborating with other game designers and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with the game design team to maintain a competitive games portfolio, accountable for the products you create.
  • Participate in the creation and review of original math models, new game themes, and concepts for Casino games (Slots, Table, Other).
  • Engage with the commercial team to understand market conditions and requirements, ensuring our games meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Slot Game Designer or similar role in the Casino Gaming industry.
  • Narrative skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Understanding of systems, mechanics, and feature design, with the ability to apply this knowledge to create innovative game concepts.
  • Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • A proactive self-starter attitude, with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams and stakeholders.
