Join Our Team as an Innovation Consultant

At HH Hunters, we are on the hunt for a talented Innovation Consultant to join our boutique innovation consultancy. Our team specializes in corporate strategic design and the adoption of artificial intelligence. If you have experience in innovation and are passionate about helping startups and companies develop innovative solutions, we want to hear from you.


As an Innovation Consultant, you will be a key player in developing innovative strategies and will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and managing corporate innovation models, including concept testing and pilot projects with startups to evaluate the technical and economic viability of new solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure the correct implementation and follow-up of projects in which you are involved.
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to startups and employees in the development of their solutions, helping them improve their value propositions and business models.
  • Creating and presenting detailed business cases to evaluate the economic viability and potential for scaling of proposed solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and emerging technologies in the startup and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
  • Participating in acceleration programs, providing expert support and advice to startups at various stages of their development.
  • Communicating effectively in English with international stakeholders and preparing reports and presentations in English.

What We're Looking For

  • 6-10 years of experience in consulting or innovation-related fields.
  • Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, and knowledge of agile methodologies, OKR, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup.
  • Ability to evaluate the economic viability of technological projects.
  • Advanced English (B2 minimum).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
