About the RoleWe are seeking a Demand Planner to join our Demand Planning Department at Grifols International SA. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for creating and managing the regional demand plan for a group of products within the Grifols Diagnostics Division.
Key Responsibilities- Manage demand planning processes and tools to ensure accurate and timely forecasting.
- Develop and establish strong collaboration between departments to drive sales forecast management and quality improvement.
- Own the planning processes, tools, flows, and templates to ensure seamless execution.
- Focus on sales forecast management and quality improvement, including root cause analysis and action plan implementation.
- Lead consensus demand planning and coordinate local demand review to ensure alignment and visibility.
- Manage new product launches and product lifecycle situations, adjusting planning processes and tools as needed.
- Develop and implement process improvements or related projects by partnering with other Grifols functions, such as finance, industrial, IT, and supply chain.
- Collaborate with other departments on data flows to support integrated planning and deliver full visibility to the business on demand plans and financial reconciliation.
- Monitor critical planning parameters and metrics, ensuring alignment within regions, service levels, and production capacity.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience or knowledge of SAP SD/MM/PP or similar ERP.
- Advanced level in MS Excel and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access).
