Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our systems, automating business processes, and digitalizing interactions with our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the whole development cycle - from architecture design to implementation and testing as well as maintenance
  • Write code that meets high standards of elegance and readability, leveraging current trends in software design, architecture, and technology
  • Deliver a high-performance, stable, and auto-scalable production system that meets business needs
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for team members to follow and replicate

Requirements

  • Expertise in component-based frontend technologies and experience with React (or equivalent); Typescript and Redux experience is a plus
  • Strong awareness of the interplay between JavaScript, HTML & CSS
  • Demonstrable ability utilizing a server-side language to create RESTful APIs, ideally with NodeJS (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Single-Page Applications and experience developing internal systems or Web Applications for complex business domains
