Key Responsibilities- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed
- Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
- Communicate verbally and in writing in Dutch and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting dispute resolution and maintaining customer master data
- Communicate proactively with clients, running calculations for customer offers
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines
- Positive attitude and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work
- High proficiency with MS Excel
