Sales Consultant

Job Description:

At Hackett London (Retail), we're looking for a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our customers, transmitting the passion for the brand, and helping them find what they're looking for with a friendly and helpful attitude. Your main objectives will be to achieve the store's commercial goals and KPIS, while maintaining the store in a well-organized and updated state with the necessary products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering a high-quality service, reflecting the brand's values.

• Sales: Achieve the store's commercial goals and KPIS, transmitting the brand's differential value to customers.

• Store Operations: Work as a team, perform inventory, stock management, cash register, daily reports, and other tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

• Store Image: Maintain the store in a well-organized state, following visual standards, and updated with the necessary products to offer a high-quality service.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
• English and other languages are valued.
