Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Almirall. As a key member of our International Accounts Payable department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate accounting and payment for all Almirall business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify, account, and pay assigned affiliate provider invoices for purchases or services requested by these affiliates.
- Communicate with affiliate providers in the event of incidents, particularly regarding payment.
- Create and account for invoices related to atypical concepts.
- Update affiliate provider master data.
- Implement improvements in activities related to the Invoice to Pay process.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary Education with Technical-Accounting Professional Training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational company working in Invoice to Pay.
- Knowledge of technical accounting, tax, and/or local legal standards.
- Proficiency in English and German (essential), with Spanish being an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
