About the Role:

Sd Worx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert payroll and HR services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support other BPO HRSC Teams in ensuring correct personnel and payroll administration for assigned clients.
  • Follow up, calculate, and control wages for clients.
  • Guide and advise clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.
  • Perpetuate relationships of trust with clients.
  • Talk to employees about their files on behalf of their employers.
  • Keep knowledge and experience up-to-date within various areas of payroll and personnel administration.
  • Identify inefficient processes, suggest optimizations, and implement them.
  • Share best practices across teams.
  • Transfer knowledge and tasks to colleagues and support them in administrative, payroll, and legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Sufficient experience in payroll.
  • Strong interest and experience in HR, preferably with several years of relevant experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Knowledge of time registration packages such as Protime or other payroll packages such as SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to different working practices and agreements across multiple HRSC Teams.
  • Analytical mind and great affinity for software applications.
  • Flexibility to meet targeted client deadlines and stress resistance.
  • Eagerness to learn, strong customer focus, autonomy, meticulousness, and ability to work quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of Dutch and English or French and English.
  • Positive, results-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset.
