We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Sd Worx. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert payroll services to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
Key Responsibilities
- Support other payroll teams in ensuring correct personnel and payroll administration for assigned clients.
- Follow up, calculate, and control wages for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Guide and advise clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation, as well as the use of payroll packages and timekeeping software.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and confidence in our services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in payroll and personnel administration.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise, and support them in administrative, payroll, and legal matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll, with a strong interest and experience in HR.
- Knowledge of payroll packages, such as eBlox Payroll, and time registration packages, such as Protime, is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to different working practices and agreements across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in software applications.
- Flexibility to meet deadlines and stress resistance.
- Excellent communication skills and a good command of Dutch and English or French and English.
- Positive, results-oriented, and solution-focused attitude.
