IT Strategic Business Partner US&I

Join our team as an IT Strategic Business Partner US&I, where you will drive forward thinking and innovation within business regarding tech-driven business capabilities and processes. As a key business partner for business continuity, you will serve as a point of escalation, review, and approval for key issues and decisions.
About the RoleMajor accountabilities include driving business transformation, programs enabled by technology, co-owning transformation outcomes, and measuring and driving business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by programs, projects, and products. You will also improve the 'ease of engagement' with IT for the business and support the business to understand their choices to manage technology costs.
Responsibilities- Drive forward thinking and innovation within business regarding tech-driven business capabilities and processes.
- Accountable for program, project, and product delivery to the business.
- Partner with business to drive business transformation, programs enabled by technology, co-own transformation outcomes.
- Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by programs, projects, and products.
- Improve the 'ease of engagement' with IT for the business.
- Support the business to understand their choices to manage technology costs.
- Key business partner for business continuity.
Experience with customer engagement platforms like Salesforce, contact center experience including any telephony platforms like Genesys, and system integration. Influencing without authority, relationship management, and working experience within the pharmaceutical industry are desirable. Interactions with senior management, multi-national global experience, and a track record delivering global solutions at scale are also required.
