Job Summary
Amgen Sa is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical trials from start-up to close-out at a country level.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global and local country teams to develop and implement country-level strategies for clinical trial execution.
- Lead and manage cross-functional local study teams to ensure timely delivery of clinical trial results within the country.
- Communicate country status and updates to key partners, including global teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide input into the Country Operational Plan and collaborate with internal teams to ensure local delivery of clinical trials.
- Support internal audit and inspection activities, and contribute to CAPAs as needed.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of global clinical trial management and regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in Spanish language and business English.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical trial project management, with a focus on leading local or global teams.
