We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our market development efforts in the food and packaging industry. As the Head of Market Management Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying opportunities for expansion in this key market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market development strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the food and packaging industry.
- Lead a global team of market managers and business development managers to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of market development strategies.
- Negotiate and validate sales prices and gross margin targets with global customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the food and packaging industry.
- Contribute to the development of budgets and business plans to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Completed technical degree or comparable qualification, as well as basic knowledge in business administration/marketing.
- Several years of professional experience in business development, ideally in the food and packaging industry.
- Experience in leading multicultural teams and high intercultural competence.
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment.
- Knowledge of vacuum technology and the product portfolio of the Busch Group or of competitors in the food and packaging industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally.
