Carhartt Work In Progress is a family-owned business group that started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Our company has developed its own collections based on workwear originals, aiming to continuously progress and evolve while maintaining its origins.
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, deputizing in their absence, and ensuring the implementation of company procedures and directives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Store Manager in management and daily operation of the store
- Deputizing in the absence of the Store Manager
- Understand and implement procedures and company directives
- Ensure sales plans are achieved
- Support the store team in product knowledge to ensure excellent customer service
- Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to meet sales goals
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Maintain outstanding store condition and company's visual merchandising standards
- Ensure deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner
**Requirements**
