Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Francesca's. As a key member of our boutique leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business results by maximizing daily sales plans, managing expenses, and improving metrics through sales floor leadership and coaching
  • Lead, develop, and coach team members to reach their full potential and deliver a high level of service
  • Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks and assignments to ensure expectations are met
  • Provide developmental feedback that empowers and motivates team members
  • Act as a liaison between the boutique team, field, and corporate partners
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of driving business results and improving metrics
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, guests, and partners
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
