Project Manager IT Junior

Position:Project Manager IT Junior. If you have proven experience in implementations and project management, it's a plus to cover the vacancy.
You will be part of the technical implementation team of digital solutions, working hand in hand with our CTO and the Business Area.
Responsibilities:- Be responsible for the fulfillment of deadlines and budgets established and coordinate the different activities to achieve the set milestones.
- Provide analytical and communication skills to report results both internally and to different clients with whom work is done within ongoing projects.
- Collaborate in the preparation of reports and deliverables necessary.
- Propose the implementation of solutions or changes due to deviations or requirements.
- Monitor releases made in different environments of different projects in progress.
- Participate in the planning and monitoring of the execution of tests in the tool.
- Manage incidents (PBI, bugs) of digital transformation projects through the defined tool.
- Support in the management and analysis for the optimization of the infrastructure of projects.
- Ensure that digital products meet quality standards, checking their functioning regularly to resolve problems that arise.
- Ensure the proper functioning of projects once implemented.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams for different projects.
- Take on projects from start to finish, managing and organizing different accounts in different environments at the same time.
- Organize information and define ad-hoc technological ecosystems for measurement both for clients and for proposals/estimates to clients, supporting the sales team.
- Elaboration of implementation guides that allow the collection of data for its exploitation.
- Coordination of technical support and resolution of incidents in digital solutions of the client with their team.
- Realization of interviews as technical support in the selection of profiles that will make up their work team.
