Job Summary

The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service. This role requires a strong focus on guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining high standards, and meeting or exceeding financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of food and beverage laws and regulations and be able to develop and implement a business plan for the department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans and actions for the Food and Beverage department.
  2. Maintain a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
  3. Utilize budgets to understand financial objectives and make informed decisions.
  4. Lead and manage the Food and Beverage team, including supervising and mentoring employees.
  5. Oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction.
  7. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for development.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field.
  2. OR
  3. 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field.
