We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in León, Spain. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our Financial Services division.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and attracting high-calibre candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other social networks. You will also be responsible for screening CVs and job applications, assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, and conducting interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive candidate experience, from initial contact to offer stage. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidates' interest and engagement, managing their expectations, and negotiating offers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in recruitment, preferably in the Financial Services sector. You will also need to be highly organized, autonomous, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with additional languages being an advantage.
