We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market and business analyses to identify strategic opportunities and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.

• Analyze internal and external data to support strategic decision-making processes, including financial modeling and forecasting.

• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management, including business intelligence reports and presentations.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business performance data, and provide insights to inform strategic planning.

• Monitor industry developments and economic indicators to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

• Assist in the development of long-term business strategies and plans, and provide recommendations for implementation.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.

• Experience in a strategic or analytical role within a corporate environment, preferably in a business intelligence or market research capacity.

• Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and methodologies, including business intelligence tools and techniques.

• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

• Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting, and ability to analyze complex data sets.

• Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in additional languages such as Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable.

• 2 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field.

• Desirable experience in business intelligence and data analysis.
