BUSINESS STRATEGY ANALYST

We are seeking a Business Strategy Analyst to enhance our analytical capabilities. The successful candidate will be tasked with performing in-depth market evaluations and business assessments, pinpointing strategic prospects, and delivering practical insights to foster organizational growth and efficiency. This position demands a combination of analytical expertise, strategic insight, and exceptional communication abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute thorough market research and competitive assessments to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Evaluate both internal and external data to aid in strategic decision-making initiatives.
- Formulate and present strategic proposals to upper management.
- Collaborate with diverse departments to collect and scrutinize business performance metrics.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and economic indicators to guide strategic planning efforts.
- Contribute to the formulation of long-term business strategies and initiatives.
- Create reports, presentations, and dashboards to effectively convey findings and insights.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present conclusions in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline.
- Background in a strategic or analytical capacity within a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field.

Desirable experience in business intelligence.
