Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Elevate Headhunting Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
• Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 35 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
• Ability to analyze market data and metrics to create data-driven decisions
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
