We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Sales team in San Fernando de Henares, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Leverage your engineering background to bring technical insights and solutions to project planning and execution, ensuring that projects are feasible and align with engineering principles.
- Engage with various stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations to develop comprehensive project plans that address all key aspects and drive successful outcomes.
- Use your fluency in English to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and sponsors, facilitating smooth information flow and minimizing misunderstandings.
- Lead multiple projects from start to finish, employing strong organizational skills to handle varying complexity and size, ensuring that all projects meet their objectives within set timelines.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues promptly, working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to find effective solutions and maintain project momentum.
- Plan and monitor project budgets and timelines meticulously, conducting thorough research and analysis to provide accurate inputs for project plans and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Apply quality tools to identify and manage project risks, collaborating with the team to develop alternative strategies or solutions that safeguard project goals.
- Document and share learnings from each project with other teams, and guide team members through different project stages, providing feedback and coaching to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
- Intermediate experience in managing and leading projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
- Hands-on experience in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues and risks.
Develop a strong understanding of financial indicators to make informed decisions that optimize project budgets and drive successful outcomes.
