Estamos buscando a un Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist que se una a nuestro equipo en Merlin Digital Partner. Como parte de nuestro equipo de selección, serás responsable de liderar procesos de selección completos para perfiles digitales, trabajando de forma autónoma y con una mentalidad orientada al negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar procesos de selección completos para perfiles digitales, desde la definición de requisitos hasta la selección del candidato ideal.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de People Operations para establecer los requisitos de selección y canales de comunicación.
  • Preparar informes de candidatos con una calidad alta, en base a los requisitos solicitados.
  • Seguir el seguimiento con los candidatos y con el cliente, si es el caso.
  • Coordinar horarios, organizar viajes, alojamiento, etc.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en selección de perfiles digitales, con la capacidad para liderar de forma autónoma procesos de selección completos.
  • Experiencia en selección de perfiles de ventas en países europeos, se valorará.
  • Experiencia en selección 360o: perfiles IT, product, mkt, data...
  • Mentalidad orientada al negocio, calidad y detalle.
  • Fuerte experiencia en búsqueda directa y reclutamiento a través de redes sociales.
  • Habilidad para el contacto con las personas y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Compromiso con el más alto nivel de calidad y atención a los detalles.
  • Entusiasmo, dinamismo y orientación al rendimiento.
  • Habilidad en español e inglés.
  • Vivir en España.
