About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RAM Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) activities for our railway signaling systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement RAM plans, reports, and predictions for product or system-level RAM performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply RAM Process and Methods Work Method Statements and Guidelines.
  • Conduct RAM monitoring and demonstration tests, and validate field failure data collected by the Warranty team.
  • Participate in the reliability growth management process in close coordination with the Quality function.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree in a relevant field.
  • Desirable: Degree in Dependability (RAM) or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in RAM or RAMS function.
  • Experience in railway signaling or related industry.
  • Knowledge of architecture and functionality of railway signaling systems, electronics engineering, software engineering, and maintenance.
  • Good bases in probability & statistics and data science methods & tools.
  • Good competencies in RAM analysis and prediction techniques on Systems & Products.
  • Good knowledge of Signaling principles, architecture, and functionality.
  • Teamwork and computer literacy.
  • Language skills: Full proficient use of English is mandatory.
