As a Quality Engineer at Lear, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our JIT plant in Martorell, Spain.


Key Responsibilities:



  2. Provide quality support to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
  3. Ensure compliance with management requirements, initiatives, and procedures to maintain a high level of quality.

Requirements:



  2. Equivalent university education.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position and preferably in the automotive field.
  4. Excellent knowledge of quality management processes and systems.
  5. Good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  6. Fluency in English.
