Key Responsibilities- Safety and Compliance
- Lead Loss Control Action (LCA) programs to ensure the highest standards of safety in accordance with company policies.
- Support a positive Safety, Health and Environmental Affairs (SHEA) culture to reduce lost time injuries and recordable accident frequency rates.
- Training and Development
- Complete assigned safety training on a monthly basis and report safety and near-miss observations.
- Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance career growth and development.
- Process and Technology
- Support the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) to develop and implement projects that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead the design and implementation of sealing solutions to meet customer needs and improve seal life.
- Customer Focus
- Perform mechanical seal failure analysis and produce reports accordingly.
- Provide recommendations to improve equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Performance
- Support the organization's regional Primary Working Capital initiative by achieving site inventory targets.
- Provide full visibility on inventory categories and report on a monthly basis.
- Education and Experience
- BSME degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years relevant industry experience.
- Business experience as an Applications Engineer and/or Project Manager with an industrial rotating equipment manufacturer.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High proficiency in project management tools, software, and concepts.
- Strong PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Language Skills
- High standard of written and spoken English.
- Additional Requirements
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
