Position Overview

We are currently enhancing our exceptional team in Network Control to address the increasing global demand for our cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. A diverse group characterized by outstanding collaboration and teamwork is eager for you to become a part of it.

As a Lead SCADA Project Engineer, you will serve as one of our application specialists, assisting clients in optimizing the functionality of high voltage electrical networks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the secure, efficient, environmentally responsible, and cost-effective operation of our clients' power grids.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an application specialist in our system implementations for clients across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
  • Collaborate with clients' SCADA specialists, providing guidance in configuring SCADA applications to align with their needs.
  • Work alongside clients to assist in creating efficient and robust workflow integrations between SCADA systems and other IT/OT platforms, utilizing advanced interface and integration technologies.
  • Plan and execute testing phases (FAT, IAT, and SAT) with clients to ensure compliance with contractual specifications.
  • Provide training to clients on operating SCADA functionalities within the system.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of technical issues reported by clients, working effectively with our technical team.

Required Qualifications

  • Master of Science degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering) with a focus on energy systems and electrical power networks.
  • Proven experience in the SCADA systems sector.
  • A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with strong communication skills and a desire to work in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as CIM Data Modelling, CIM Messaging, OPC UA, REST APIs, Kafka, etc.
  • Proficient programming skills in C/C++, C#, and Python.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to facilitate interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders.
