The Role:
We are seeking a Customer Reservations Specialist for our Contact Center.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing bookings, particularly focusing on our Danish clientele. While our Contact Center is based in a vibrant location, remote work options are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized customer support via email, chat, and phone at both national and international levels.
- Oversee individual and group booking management.
- Address and resolve any issues encountered by clients.
- Promote and enhance retail sales, including experience upgrades and additional services.
Who You Are:
- You are fluent in Danish and English; knowledge of Spanish or other European languages is advantageous.
- You possess a customer-centric approach, demonstrating patience and a people-first mindset.
- You have a keen eye for detail, capable of identifying errors and adhering to guidelines.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking abilities.
- You are adaptable and willing to work during holidays and weekends as necessary.
