Job Title: IT Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technician to join our team at The Lady Elizabeth School. As an IT Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the school's technology infrastructure and ensuring that all staff and students have access to the technology tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the use of technology in both academic and infrastructural systems.
  • Support the carrying out of the school's technology strategic plan.
  • Maintain knowledge of and communicate current research findings related to effective use of technology in the school's educational program.
  • Provide current information to support decision-making on academic and administrative technology matters.
  • Oversee professional development of staff on the integration of technology into the curriculum.
  • Ensure that all educators and students have access to the appropriate technology tools.
  • Oversee all administrative aspects of technology programs and services at the school.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance work.
  • Provide leadership in the purchase and acquisition of new technology and equipment.
  • Develop and monitor annual instructional technology and technology operations budget.
  • Maintain records/inventory of equipment and resources.
  • Comply with applicable District, state, local and federal laws, rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with wired and wireless Infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows server operating system and Domain Controllers.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • B.S or Equivalent Degree in Computer/Technology Field.
