Requirements Engineer Automotive Data Specialist

At TecAlliance, we're shaping the future of the automotive spare parts market. As a Requirements Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic Data Factory service team, working closely with various internal departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Requirement Management: Review, classify, and prioritize requirements to ensure accurate capture and addressing of automotive data needs.
- Project Planning: Plan projects by providing accurate estimates and quantifications of requirements, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Quality Control: Serve as the customer within the realization phase, organizing and documenting the acceptance of implemented requirements.
- Internal Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal departments to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
- Process Design: Spearhead the establishment and standardization of requirements management processes, elevating them to new heights within our organization.
- Completed training or studies in commercial, business management, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of professional working experience in the same or a similar area, preferably in a data or IT environment.
- Requirements Management Certification is a plus.
- Profound experience in planning and controlling activities.
- Very good communication skills and confident appearance.
- Project Management experience.
- Business fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for business at home and abroad.
- Contract: Your position is part of our job profile "Requirements Manager (m/f/d)".
- Location Independence & Flexibility: Hybrid Remote or Remote, depending on your place of living.
