We are seeking a highly skilled Separation Technician Quality Control to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Testing and Analysis: Perform various testing on finished products, stability samples, and in-process control samples according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) procedures in a timely manner.
- Specific Analyses: Perform specific analyses required for the testing team you will be part of.
- Result Analysis and Reporting: Analyze, report, and review test results to applicable systems.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to compliance best practices, Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) regulations, and lean principles.
- Lab Support: Provide general lab support functions such as ordering of lab supplies, managing generated waste, equipment handling, preparation of reagents, and attending team meetings.
- Issue Identification and Reporting: Identify and report issues to your supervisor in a timely manner.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other work-related activities assigned by your supervisor.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with no prior related working experience.
- A professional working proficiency in the English language.
- Experience working with hands-on techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (UPLC/MS), capillary Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (cSDS), and capillary Isoelectric Focusing (cIEF).
- 0-4 years of experience as a technician within a Quality Control environment.
