About the Role

Empresa reconocida is seeking a seasoned Strategic Director to drive transformational change and lead strategic projects that drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining objectives and priorities, evaluating investment priorities, and ensuring results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Opportunity Identification: Recognize and frame strategic opportunities in a structured, analytical way to clearly communicate options, risks, and trade-offs.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inspire change by identifying and implementing the best ways of working across the organization.
  3. Decision-Making and Alignment: Drive decision-making and alignment by working across the organization to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  4. Strategic Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects and investigations to drive business growth and transformation.
  5. Annual Plan Delivery: Facilitate the delivery of the annual plan and divisional scorecard results.
Requirements
  1. Strategic Thinking: Bring excellent quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills to translate metrics, research, and trends into viable strategies.
  2. Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate issues and influence others, including experience communicating complex information to senior leaders.
  3. Project Management: See the 'big picture' and can effectively prioritize and drive multiple projects.
  4. Team Player: Be a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment and actively promotes and encourages diversity of thought.
  5. Experience: 10+ years' experience in strategy consulting and/or a similar role in a leading technology company; MBA a plus.
  6. Technical Skills: Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and proven experience in modeling, analysis, research, and presentation creation.
