About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic Brand Management team at Reckitt Benckiser Llc. As a Marketing Trainee, you will have the opportunity to shape the customer journey and contribute to our passionate pursuit of building meaningful brand experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tackling daily administrative tasks, supporting and coordinating marketing campaigns, crafting compelling content, and revising and updating brands' websites. You will also have the opportunity to hone your market research skills, grasp consumer insights, and monitor our competition.

Responsibilities
  • Tackle daily administrative tasks to keep our marketing engines running smoothly.
  • Support and coordinate marketing campaigns, from digital designs to event highlights.
  • Craft compelling content and ensure the finesse of marketing materials.
  • Revise and update brands' websites, including hero images and brand content on customer websites.
  • Ensure the right changes and new content for the brands in eCommerce customers.
  • Hone your market research skills to grasp consumer insights and monitor our competition.
  • Implement Always-On campaigns in Social Media.
  • Work directly with Brand Managers on the development of materials for Portugal (translations, cycle materials...).
  • Collaborate across departments and with external partners (media and digital agencies) to spark marketing success.
  • Support the execution of local marketing plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing or business related (completion or near completion).
  • Evidence of active interest in consumer marketing through University extra-curricular activity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an enthusiasm for learning new marketing tools.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, keeping an eye on the small details while managing the broader picture.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A spirit of innovation and willingness to put forward ideas that could help shape our campaigns.
  • Passion to understand consumer products and the FMCG/Pharma marketplace.
