The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented graduate to join our Marketing and Communication team within the Innovation Department in Scent XP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market and trend analysis to identify future product and digital innovations
  • Participate in ideating concepts for new digital products
  • Maintain the Wikiparfum database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure smooth communication with external partners
  • Support the development of all support materials for successful product launches
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and design/communication
  • Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, is a plus
  • Digital and UX notions are highly valued
