The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join our Marketing and Communication team within the Innovation Department in Scent XP, aligning with the standards of prestigious brands like Puig Deutschland.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing and Product Development: Conduct market and trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify future product and digital innovations. Participate in ideating concepts for new digital products. Maintain the Wikiparfum database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth communication and successful innovation development.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for Wikiparfum assets, adhering to established style guidelines and optimizing costs. Monitor and contribute to Social Media content, creating engaging blog articles and graphics. Ensure attention to detail and consistently produce high-quality work, meeting deadlines and project planning requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or background in marketing and design/communication.
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, is a plus.
- Digital and UX notions are highly valued.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish is advantageous.
- A creative profile with a sensitivity to art, beauty, and design industry.
