About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Homa, a leading gaming technology lab. As a key member of our evergreen game team, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our new games from pre-production through to market success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and iteration of Game Design Documents, providing product expertise to the team.
  • Manage multiple games simultaneously, focusing on prioritization to meet business goals.
  • Elevate existing products by setting strategic objectives and improving game quality.
  • Oversee the entire product roadmap, using data and trends to drive decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and tackle challenges.
  • Partner with UI/UX Designers and Game Developers to define and execute the combined vision.
  • Deep dive into player personas and optimize the player journey.
  • Balance artistic, scientific, and business aspects to deliver profitable games.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Product Management, particularly in mobile F2P, with experience in creating engaging gameplay.
  • Experience in optimizing games for performance, engagement, and monetization, with a solid understanding of game development processes, especially in Unity.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery and quality.
  • Passionate about enhancing the player experience throughout the game lifecycle, with a love for classic game genres.
  • Highly attentive to detail and capable of working autonomously, with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Constantly seeking to learn and understand new trends, technologies, and player behaviors, with a deep understanding of what makes classic games appealing.
