About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Vendor Manager to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials by managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical trial supplies.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Vendor Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal clinical trial outcomes.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance vendor management.
Requirements:
- Regulatory Expertise: Deep knowledge of clinical research regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Therapeutic Wisdom: Broad understanding of clinical protocols and therapeutic areas, with a focus on Radioligand Therapy in Oncology studies.
- Financial Acuity: Strong grasp of project finances, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Communication Virtuoso: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for engaging and inspiring others.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
