Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

OCA Global is a leading international private equity group with its headquarters in Spain, dedicated to inspection, certification, testing, consulting, and training activities.

The Consulting and Technical Advisory division of OCA Global provides interdisciplinary technical advisory services to support and assist public administrations, banks, investment funds, project developers, industrial, and service companies in their transition towards a more sustainable and climate-resilient economy.

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager of the Consulting and Engineering Division and will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support in all project phases, including project development, engineering design/review, construction, and commissioning.
  • Reviewing and approving main project design engineering documentation (Owner's Engineering).
  • Conducting technical due diligence and lender technical advisor reports, technology evaluation, operation & maintenance, etc.
  • Supporting the business development team.

Requirements:

  • MSC in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • MSC in Renewable Energy would be favorably considered.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar positions.
  • Experience in EMEA and LATAM regions is a valuable factor.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Favorable consideration will be given to candidates with proficiency in French and/or Arabic.
