About the Role

The Marketing Operations and Content Director will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global marketing strategies and content initiatives across Agilent. This role will oversee the management of the Global Marketing Operations, Writing Center of Excellence (WCoE), Creative Services, and Localization teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Global Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Agilent's business objectives and goals.
  • Lead the Global Marketing Operations Team: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Global Marketing Operations team, including the development and implementation of marketing processes and procedures.
  • Oversee the Writing Center of Excellence (WCoE): Lead the WCoE team in the development and implementation of high-quality marketing content, including language content.
  • Manage Creative Services and Localization: Oversee the Creative Services and Localization teams in the development and implementation of marketing content, including visual and audio content.
  • Drive Business Results: Develop and implement strategies to drive business results, including revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree or University degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 8+ years related experience in marketing, plus 7 years of relevant experience as a first-level and second-level manager.
  • Skills: Demonstrated management and leadership skills at the worldwide level in the implementation of organizational strategies, projects, technologies, and processes, developing and managing high-performance teams, and change management.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of Agilent products, services, markets, and market dynamics, and understanding of the industry sales process and buying influences of Agilent customers.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
