As a Financial Operations Specialist at Page Personnel, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily financial transactions and journal entries in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Guarantee the precision and timeliness of monthly financial statements for the region, including reconciliations, accruals, allocations, revenue reporting, prepaid expenses, journal entries, and variance analysis.
- Oversee the fixed assets process, which includes creation, stock accounting, financial leasing, and depreciation.
- Manage the monthly general ledger closing activities for the assigned companies.
- Act as the primary contact for necessary controls and actions related to incidents in Record to Report (RTR) tasks, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and proper documentation.
- Assist in meeting statutory and tax obligations while providing required information for regional audits.
- Work towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on a monthly basis.
- Provide clear and effective upward feedback and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with operational accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintain the integrity of financial accounting systems and controls under your management.
- 3-5 years of experience in General Accounting and Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness to work in international settings.
- Proficient understanding of core transactional Finance and Administration processes.
- Fluent in English (B2 level) and Spanish for business communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated flexibility and ownership in work.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Familiarity with Hyperion/HFM is a plus.
