About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our SSFF Team, you will be responsible for the development and operation of SAP SSFF applications, including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Central contact person with responsibility for the development and operation of the SAP SSFF applications.
  • Independent error analysis and correction as part of incident management.
  • Implementation of change requests.
  • Coordination of the SAP SSFF releases (preparation and processing).
  • Project work for the further development of SAP SSFF and other tools/systems.
  • Closely cooperate with technical process owners within the HR area as well as with the IT area.
  • Creation of user documentation / creation of a knowledge database.
  • Conducting system tests.
  • Supervision of the development and test instances.
  • Support in setting up the IT service management processes.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of practical work experience in the support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors applications.
  • Experiences in system documentation.
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with HR management processes and complex interrelationships.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL V3.
  • Practical work experience in using the SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and creating reports.
  • Solid knowledge of application configuration, maintenance, and support.
  • English: At least B2.
