About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product System Development Engineer to join our team at MAHLE Electronics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development of new products and systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Manage technical resources and lead technical teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve product quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the company.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics development, with a strong background in automotive electronics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Planning and Gantt.
  • Experience with Altium Designer, MahCad, and other relevant tools.
